ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, DC, and Canada. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Lux You Lifestyle $500 lululemon Gift Card Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 1st, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on June 30, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“Contestant” or “You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Committee as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

After you have followed Lux You Lifestyle on Twitter, re-tweet the the contest and share the contest tweet with a friend.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected on June 1, 2022 at random from among all eligible new followers gained during the Sweepstakes period.
Prize: The grand prize winner will win a $500 lululemon gift card!
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Online Contestants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Limit: You may only enter once. Therefore, only one (1) entry per person or Twitter Profile during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple identities, or devices to circumvent the rules; this will automatically disqualify you as a contestant.
WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION
The winner will be selected by at random from among all eligible new Twitter followers received during the Sweepstakes period. The winner will be notified via a message sent directly to their Twitter profile that they used to follow Lux You Lifestyle. They will have 24 hours to respond back to Lux You Lifestyle acknowledging communication and claiming their prize. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. An alternate winner will be chosen if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules.

By entering this sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to be solely responsible for and shall hold Lux You Lifestyle and its agents harmless, in the event entrants fail to comply with Lux You Lifestylle’s Official Rules and Privacy Policy. Lux You Lifestyle is not liable for any malfunctions or failures of any computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile or any other device and/or its contents related to or resulting from participation or downloading/uploading any materials related to this Sweepstakes, or other technical difficulties or failures or errors of any kind. Lux You Lifestyle reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In such a circumstance, all winners will be selected based on eligibile Twitter followers received to date of termination. Lux You Lifestyle also reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in the event an insufficient number of entries are received and/or an insufficient number of entries meet the minimum judging criteria.
